Spring Senior Parent Night
2015 parents are encouraged to attend our Spring Parent Night Wednesday February 18, 2015 from 6pm-8pm in CafĂ©.Parents who did not attend the Fall parent night, should attend this meeting.  Administration, Counselors, and the Senior Class advisor will go over graduation requirements, graduation attire, Senior Agreement, and current Senior Class announcements.  So even if you came to the Fall meeting, it would be helpful to come to this meeting too. It’s a good time to ask questions before graduation.  If you have questions, please contact the 2015 Senior Class Advisor Lachelle Sablan at Lachelle_Sablan@notes.k12.hi.us. Thank you.

“Senior Day at Sea Life Park”
March 3rd is ACT testing day for grades 9, 10, & 11.  It is a regular school day and Seniors will not be testing on this day.  Instead, we are taking the Senior class on a field trip to Sea Life Park for a day of fun, learning, and bonding.  Permission form and fee information will be passed out through your students’ CAP/Homeroom in January.  **Note: Since it is a regular school day, students who do not attend this field trip must report to school and attend classes for the day.

Senior Agreements
Senior Agreements and $10 graduation fee were due on December 5th.  All graduating seniors must submit a completed  to ensure that he/she will receive a diploma from Moanalua High School, whether or not he/she will be participating in the commencement ceremony.  If you did not turn it in yet, you must turn in to Mrs. Sablan in Q202 ASAP.

Project Grad Registration
PG is a safe, drug, alcohol and tobacco free event that is a once-in-a-lifetime memorable celebration for your Senior student to enjoy and embrace the friendships they have made over the years. Fee schedule as follows:

Obligations
Please, please, please clear ALL OBLIGATIONS!  Just get it out of the way now before you forget!  You need to clear all obligations in order to participate in events such as Winter Fantasy, Senior Luau, Senior Prom, AND Graduation!!!

If you did not order Graduation Cap & Gown, please order asap.  You may purchase cap and gown, accessories, etc. online at balfour.com or mail in payments to

Purchases starting Dec 1st will be an additional $20 and additional $40 starting March 1st (cap and gown may be ordered after this date). 
Expected delivery for orders received on time will be on February 25th. 2015 after school.  Cap & Gown adjustments will be on March 6th during lunch in Q202.
